• Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
• Service(s) means the ScopeJolt application.
• Subscriber means the natural or legal person who has subscribed to the Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms.
• Terms means the binding contract between the Company and Subscriber that governs the Subscriber's access and use of the Service(s).

• Account information: When you sign up for the Service we collect information related to your account including name, email address, and billing address.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, date/time stamps, referring/exit pages. These are collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
• Payment Information: If you purchase paid products or services from us, we collect payment and billing information. This may include your name, billing address, and details about your chosen payment method (e.g., credit card number, expiration date, security code). If you designate a billing contact other than yourself, we may also collect that contact's information. We use this payment information solely to process your transactions and as otherwise authorized by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We donot directly store your full payment card details. We utilize secure, third-party payment processors to handle all payment processing.

• The Company processes the Subscriber's Personal Data to:
• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Process payments.
• Improve the Service and develop new features.
• Enforce our Terms of Service.
• To send you marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them.
• The Company will generally collect Personal Data from you only where it needs to create a contract with you, where the processing is in the Company's legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or where the Company has your consent. In some cases, the Company may also have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data from the Subscriber.
• If the Company processes Personal Data with your consent, you may withdraw their consent at any time.

• The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber's Personal Data with its third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company's Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).
• The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances with our third party service providers. For example, we use service providers for payment processing, data hosting, and marketing communications.
• We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by a public authority (e.g., a court or government agency).
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
• We may disclose your Personal Data to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

• The Company retains the Personal Data if the Subscriber has an active account and for up to 180 days after an account is deactivated.
• In the absence of a need to retain Personal Data, the Company will either delete or aggregate it. If this is not possible, the Company will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until it is deleted.

• Right of Access: You have the right to request access to the Personal Data we hold about you and to receive a copy of that data.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data we hold about you.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Data, subject to certain exceptions allowed by law (e.g., we may need to retain certain data for legal compliance).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Data (e.g., for marketing communications), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing based on other lawful grounds.
